ABOUT THE SHIP
A century of history, De Gallant was built in 1916 and launched in Vlaardingen. Netherlands under the name Jannete Margaretha, she worked as a herring lugger in the North Sea until 1936. De Gallant now operates as a sail cargo and sail training vessel.
